    • diabetic gastroparesis
    • post-surgery gastroparesis
    • nausea associated with chemotherapy
  • Toxicity 
    • Parkinsonian symptoms
    • restlessness
    • drowsiness/fatigue
    • depression
    • nausea/diarrhea
  • Contraindications
    • patients with Parkinson's disease and schizophrenia
    • small bowel obstruction
